Lorn,

You have been complaining and trying to upset folks for almost two weeks now.
I have let this go on long enough There are lots of solutions. I and others
even proposed several of them:

        1) follow the trademark policy and get a license.
        2) I initiated talks with Benjamin Long about the possibility of assigning
the opie tradename to him which you torpedoed.
        3) change the name of the opieII project.

It appears to me that you are only making posts to stir up trouble with no
intent of being constructive or collaborative. You are about to be banned
from this mailings list. It is up to you. You can be part of the solution
or you can try to keep the hostility going. Your choice.
