I believe so, though i've never done it. I would copy all the files at the feed
location that i gave you ealier (including the Packages file). add this line
src opie /path/to/ipkgs
then run 'ipkg update' and 'ipkg upgrade'.
Like i said i've never done this before, so perhaps someone else can comment.
