syncing with Mac OS X

Is anyone out there currently syncing their Ipaq with a Mac OS X
machine? I'd like to be able to sync the Mac's Addresses application
with Opie's Contacts app. It would be cool to do it over TCP/IP, but I
was also wondering if USB or even IR would be an option.
   For that matter, is TCP/IP working over IR on the Ipaq?
