mileage application?

I was just wondering if there was an Opie application written for keeping
track of fuel mileage for a vehicle. I'd like something that just asks
you how much fuel you put in and the mileage on the odometer. Maybe it
would ask you for how much the total cost of the fuel was as well. This
would let you quickly see what fuel mileage you're getting and how much it
costs per mile/kilometer to operate your vehicle.
