Partially solved: Addressbook bugs

Hi.

Just to give hints regarding further addressbook fixing:
Some issues are a consequence of using an addressbook.ts file which seems to
be based on a very old version from TrollTechs Qtopia.

Using the current Qtopia addressbook.ts brings back the drop down box entries
and makes it look better.
However it brings back an old bug- the incorrect association of drop down box
field names with the correspoding values.
E.g. I have a street name shown under Business Fax etc.

Looks as if the init() method in contacteditor.cpp puts in wrong values.

If anyone wants to fix it I can give some hints of what I have tried and where
I think the error might be.
