Zaurus vs Opie iPaq 3760

can i get an opinion as to what people reckon is the better option?

based in the UK, i can get a zaurus for 350 quid. a VAT exempt 3760 is about the same price (i am exempt as the unit is being bought through a charity for academic research).

i have a dual expansion pack for my 3870 already and having played with Palm and PPC for a while now, i'm ready to take the plunge with embedded linux.

i am having a real problem with deciding which unit to get. the zaurus has great in-built expansion capability and that cool sliding keyboard but it looks to me that the Opie iPaq option will allow limitless updating for many months to come. it also looks like it will be a much faster growing OS...

any suggestions as to how to proceed would be most welcome.
