i just got a reply, here it is :

Hi Charles,

I'm in the process of sorting out these libraries and setting them up in
a sourceforge project. They will be released under a BSD license. Once i
have the code wrapped up and available, i'll drop you an email.

i have a working plugin for ogg, the only missing stuff is the decoder ....
i'll be happy to share that with you let me know how you want to proceed!
