Addressbook bug ?

Hi,
 
I'm runnig OPIE on my iPAQ. The display fron addressbook is not the same
what the addressbook.xml file tell.
Sample - on OPIE you see "Abteilung" (Department part ). On the file
will bee it saved as "JobTitle".
iPAQ "E-Mail" is "BusinessMobile" in file and so on.
I don't know why. Any idea ?
