Opie CVS tree open

Hi guys,

Firstly, let me congratulate everyone on the release of Opie 1.2.3. It was a
long time coming, but lots of people helped out (some of whom are new to
Opie) and that really made the difference. Thanks!

So, without any further waiting let me declare the Opie CVS tree open for
commits again.

As you may have noticed I have added some more bugs to the master bug for
1.2.4 (http://opie-bugs.oszine.de/view.php?id=1873). Obviously this
represents my opinion of what needs fixing, so feel free to add other bugs
you think need to be addressed in the 1.2.4 cycle.

In general I would like improving PIM applications and PIM data
synchronisation to be a target for 1.2.4. Synchronisation is something that
Opie hasn't really perfected yet and I believe it's one of the main reasons
we get a lot of people switching back to PocketPC.
