Opie 1.2.3

Hi all,

I think we need to get a plan together for the Opie 1.2.3 release. There are
some new things I'd like to get to work on for the next release but it just
doesn't feel right doing that with nowhere to commit to and no idea of when
that will be possible again.

I spoke via email to Dmitriy about a week ago and he agreed to work on the
IR/bluetooth issues. Any updates Dmitriy?

Has anyone else been testing things?
