OPIE 1.2.3-pre added to OE.dev

Hello opie-devel,

  I finally added OPIE 1.2.3 prerelease to OpenEmbedded .dev branch.
To use it, following should be added to local.conf file:

require conf/distro/include/preferred-opie-versions-1.2.3-pre.inc

  I also hit new class of issues, for which I opened bug
http://opie-bugs.oszine.de/view.php?id=1849 . So far I hit only one
case of that, but I'm sure there're more. Please attach that bug to
#1837 and commit proposed fix.

  I'd like to thank Erik for applying patches from OE.dev which were
submitted.

  At this time, I tested 1.2.3-pre build only in QEMU, but core
functionality appears to work OK.
