ChangeLog updated

Hi all,

I have updated the ChangeLog in CVS, but a few things still need adjustment:

* Dmitriy - if there are significant changes to Bluetooth (and it looks like
there have been) could you describe them further?

* Erik - if you want to add any further notes regarding your massive number of
fixes please do so.

* If possible I'd like to get a more definitive statement in there regarding
added support for iPAQs, ie. specific device models.

I'd also like all developers to just generally have a look over the ChangeLog
and check that nothing was missed and that no attributions have been left
out.
