Well, I realized that burning cycles to fix RH9 was not useful - so, I
did "yum install kdelibs" to a fully "yum update" copy of Fedora Core 1.
OpieSdk installs and starts JUST FINE. So, my problem is solved. I'll
add this note to the bug report.
