If IntelliSync is selected as sync application, and user allows connection the first time, save this and do not prompt them again. This avoids the confirmation dialog being shown repeatedly. Fixes bug #1639.

Also, change the message shown if no sync password is supplied so that it is more helpful, and in particular now doesn't tell the user to just select IntelliSync, which is inappropriate if they aren't actually using IntelliSync.
