Zusammenfassung: Documents Tab loses icons after switching display
file types ( All/Text/etc.. )
Beschreibung:
the summary tells it all.. while in the Documents tab.. click on the menu
in the bottom left corner, and select any Type ( All, Text, etc )..
and all the file icons would disappear from the tab

i reported this bug in the wrong category, and couldnt find a way to fix
that later..
