Summary: default english i18n language problem
Description:
english shouldn't require it's own package. it's a waste of space to have
installed. you just have to have $OPIEDIR/i18n/en/.directory file and
nothing else in that directory. it should be in with opie-base package. the
default tr() strings should be enough for english. anyone agree?
