Summary: be able to custom battery warning messages
Description:

It would be nice if as part of the battery taskbar applet
there could be three checkboxes with the following:

[ ] warn on low level
[ ] warn on very low level
[ ] warn on critical level

And maybe also a "repeat warning every [x]" seconds.
for either all levels or customized per level.

Right now I find annoying the messages, I would like to not
get any messages until I reach very low and even after not
get any repeated messages until my battery is at critical.

From the time that the battery becomes "low" to "critical" there is still a
fair amount of battery time that can be
used and the messages makes it just unusable during that
time.
