Summary: 'Setup Handwriting Input' should write to ram first
Description:
When customizing the handwriting input the new prefs are written in place
to the ~/Applications/qimpen/ directory which resides in flash on my setup.
This configuration results in very slow processing causing the PDA to
appear to be frozen.

When I make a large number of changes to the handwriting input setup, I:

        mv ~/Applications/qimpen /tmp
        ln -s /tmp/qimpen ~/Applications/qim

and switch it back when I am done. It would be great if it could do
something similar automatically.
