The bootsplash has been created on a 38xx device thus being upside down on
all 36xx and 37xx devices.
It's not a bug, but a "feature"- bootsplash is for testing only ;-)

I tried the tac command but could not get it to reverse the file
I reported this Because it was for Testing
I "Tested" it (:-))
