Summary: Can't enter Opie-Startup password after changing the
Language
Description:
I have entered a "power-on-password" in the Security dialogue from opie.
Then I changed the Language from English to German, and after I've
restarted Opie I couldn't type in the password.
The only way to get opie running was to delete (change could also work) the
/root/settings/security.conf

I updated a lot in the last days and now this Bug is gone. I can no longer
reproduce it.
