Summary: lcd doesnt power on on resume
Description:
im not sure if this is an opie issue or a familiar issue, as i dont know
exactly which handles what, but using the july 29th opie feed and fam
0.6-pre1 when you resume, the lcd doesnt come back on. i can still ssh
into the device or communicate via serial, but i have to restart opie to
have access to the screen.

What model ipaq? I have not seen this problem with the H3600. I haven't
tested it on the H3800 yet. -Jamey

well, i am using a 3635 model ipaq, however i am no longer able to
reproduce the bug. i was able to reproduce it several times before i
submited the bug, but now i am no longer able to reproduce it, although i
have tried to put the ipaq as close as possible back to the state it was in
when i was getting the bug (short of just reflashing). this is why i
changed the reproducability to "unable to duplicate", however i did not
want to close it as i definately had the bug at one point.

Have the same problem with an ipaq 3760 with fam 0.5.3 with july 29th feed.
I choose to only turn off the lcd after n seconds. Then the screen does not
reappear when using stylus. I have to push twice the power button.

i havent had this problem again, so you can close the bug if you like.
leseb's comment is actually not a bug, but the proper behaviour. when the
lcd is truned off, the touchscreen is disabled as well. to bring the lcd
back up, you have to press one of the non power buttons (directional or
launcher buttons, etc). if you press the power button, it goes into a real
suspend, and then you press it again to bring it out (which is why he has
to press it twice)

From all that we know, it's not a bug but feature- closing it
