Summary: Opie-Konuqueror does not show correct characters by
viewing EasternEuropean web pages
Description:
EE web pages (like www.zive.cz) coded as CP-1250 are not displayed
correctly..

This is acknowledged.
However konqueror is not an opie project (yet) and the author is not member
of the opie team.
As a consequence this will not be handled by OPIE, I am afraid.
Please file a bug at the konqueror web page ( www.konqueror.org ) or join
the konq-e mailing list at handhelds.org.

OPIE can not fix this as it is not related to OPIE it self.
Please report this bug to the konqueror embedded bug lists at handheld.org
or kde.org
