Summary: oipkg does not allow one to change destinations
Description:
if you install something to one destination then uninstall it, then try to
reinstall to a new destination, it will install to the old destination.

Though I can not confirm it, I have seen similar behavior using ipkg
alone.
Mike, can you trqay the same with ipkg only so we can sort out that it? s
an OPIE bug ?

hmm, seems to be a problem of ipkg
oipkg allways uses the dest (-d) flag to specify the destination
what version of ipkg are you using?

this is not a oipkg but a ipkg bug.
i've notified cworth of this problem
you can fix it by hand, by cleaning the packages entry out of the
$DEST/usr/lib/ipkg/status file
