Summary: All-day events should show as single line and not
fill day
Description:
All-day events are generally used for birthdays, anniversaries, or multi
day (period) events. In this case it is better to see just a single line
at the top of the display to mark the day, instead of making an appointment
that spans the day.

I can confirm that.
The all day view spans the whole date and sometimes covers over
appointments. Having multiple appointments on one day can be a pain to
track then, especially if that day is busy with several all-day and other
events.

This bug is suspended until we come to a conclusion how to handle it.
Solving it currently brings more problems than solutions, unfortunately.
