Summary: system font not changing in languages except for en.
Description:
as far as i can tell, (by testing on qvfb), if you select a font in the
'Appearance' program and change your language with 'Language', the font
defaults back to the default font.
in other words, selecting a font in 'Appearance' only works if your locale
language is english.
this is bad, because if you have a custom font for your language, you cant
use it on the whole system.

i found out why. someone disabled custom fonts for ko, jp, zh_CN and zh_TW.
that wasnt required, because if you are running those languages, you should
have your own custom font installed anyway. i don't have access to
opie/library/ so i couldnt commit my changes to qpeapplication.cpp.
anyone who has access please comment out
if ( lang == "ja" ...
part of that file. it's around line 647 or so.
