Summary: date format
Description:
Mantis has some kind of weird date format.
Looks like this years Xmas eve is "12-24-02".

I vote for ISO date: YYYY-MM-DD

groucho already pointed out that users/devs are located all around the
world. So I think a standardized date format would help...

[ISO = International Standardization Organization, somehow related to the
UNO]
