Summary: can't reopen bug
Description:
I tried to reopen a bug. Next I need to logon again.
I click thru to the bug I want to reopen, press the
[reopen bug] and get asked for my credentials again.

first, do not use ie, but opera
second, reopening is something for developers ;-)
thrid, try to write a bugnote for the bug
