Summary: No way to get mail address of bug reporter.
Description:
I would be nice for devels to have a feeback button or some other way to
get the mail address of the bug-reporter, since bug reports tend to be
incomplete =)

Normally the bug report is tied to a reporter including his mail address.
However there are two exceptions:
1) The reporter logged in as guest
2) The bugs have been moved over from bugzilla in which case my mail
address is shown.

- As tille said, we can "write a bugnote and the bug-reporter should get an
email".

- And as Oliver Fels said, only guest could report something without
leaving an email, which is not possible anymore (guest is read-only, yay!
:)
