Summary: Textedit: Chosing View Font from menue while having
an active keyboard causes a block
Description:
Start Textedit. Open the keyboard. Choose View-Font from
Textedit menue. The windows opens now with its Close-Buttons
over the top of the screen. So you can not close it anymore.
Have to kill -9 textedit.

This bug seems to be fixed, however the fix causes another issue.

open keyboard
open font dialog
close keyboard
The keyboard disappears and leaves an empty area in the font dialog. It
seems that the dialog is not updated and repainted.

then this is not a textedit 'bug', an app is not responsible for repainting
the screen after the input keyboard has been closed, there is no way for
the apps to tell if inputmethod is opened or not.
