Summary: IQNotes appears to run fully on a stock Z, but not
on Opie
Description:
Unfortunately, you have to do a few steps to reproduce this bug, but it is
very reproducable. I even did a clean re-install of familiar/opie and got
the same problem.

Here is the rundown of how to reproduce it:

1: add new

test1

2: add new below test1

test1
test2

3: add new below test2

test1
test2
test3

4: delete test3

test1
test2

5: add last deleted as an indented child of test1 (no visible
result)

test1
test2

At that point, on the Z, the output is:

test1
   test3
test2

The "new" node is the previously deleted node.

There is nothing OPIE can do without the help of the author, Peter
Vrabel.
So contact him and we might find a solution.
