Summary: Timezones, other than a default set of 8, do not
appear when setting date/time
Description:
When you click on the date / time app under settings, the listed timezones
are as follows: St Helena, Oslo, Santa Clara, Tokyo, Hong Kong, New York
and Brisbane. Systemtime, Citytime and Timezones were all loaded.
