Summary: citytime crashes with a segfault
Description:
whenever i start city time it complains about not finding textcodecs and
image codecs and then gets a window running
if i click on anything in that window it crashes with a segmentation fault

so it is a problem specific to the feed managers build env.

Fixed in the latest version in the feed.
