Summary: OFileSelector has keyboard navigation issues
Description:
In an app that uses OFileSelector, focus begins in the directory-path
dropdown at the top of the dialog, when it should probably start out in the
filename box as on most systems. But that's not the issue. :-)
If I start in the directory path, enter a path, hit enter, it goes. Good.
So I TAB my way down to the filename entry box, enter a name, hit enter.
Guess what? Keyboard focus is on the Up-A-Directory button, so hitting
ENTER pops up a directory!
Incidentally, even when I click directly into the filename box, Enter
doesn't OK the dialog. If ESC cancels a dialog, shouldn't Enter accept it?
