Some applications can't be translated because their
messages appear as "obsolete" in qpe.ts: Calibrate,
Shutdown, etc

I just commited the changes. Just make "lupdate" with "-noobsolete" and
you're fine.

The bug is that phrases of Calibrate, Shutdown, etc. should appear in
qpe.ts and actually they don't.
A quick view on core/launcher/ shows that the phrases have their tr(),
so probably it's a lupdate or launcher.pro problem (?).
(Sorry, but I couldn't solve it)
All the languages have the same problem.
