Summary: inconsistencies in Calendar interface
Description:
While documenting the calendar, i came across some inconsistencies in the
GUI.

First: the navigation bar at the top for the week and week list views is
different, even though they do the exact same thing (with the exception
that the week list view lets you view 2 weeks at a time).

second: when you click on an appointment, the different views do different
things. the day view brings up a menu (what i think is best), while the
week view pops up a tooltip with information about the appointment, and the
week list view opens the edit dialog. (the month view doesnt let you
select an appointment directly, which is probably best)

this isnt critical, of course, but should probably be fixed relatively soon
