Summary: network setup is not configuring sharedkey wep
correctly
Description:
There are actually 2 issues here.

1 > some drivers seem to require that "restricted" be added to the end of
the KEY line in the config file in order to actually put them in shared key
mode. Right now the network setup will put "open" at the end of the line
for open system, it just needs to put "restricted" there for shared key,
and everything would work fine.

2> I'm sure you've heard this one already, but when entering the wep
screen, it does not hold the current authentication type setting (shared
key or open system) .. it always goes to open
