Summary: exporting vcal in local time instead of UTC
Description:
Its better to export (beam) a vcal in Local Time instead of UTC. So when
exporting add the timezone to the itme values.
Also it could be nice to have a config switch thats sends in UTC or
Locatime either what the user prefer
The apllication that should be fixed are Calender , Todo ,Contacts..

Sorry for this bid delay. I was busy and had had to read RFC2445 first.
Local Time + TZID does not mix and shouldn't be mixed.
Besides that the datebook app is not really vCal/iCal compilant so we now
send the time as local time ( no 'Z' postfixed )
