Summary: Datebook/Obex time differences
Description:
When appointments are beamed to other devices, their start, end and alarm
times are sent in GMT. Other devices take these times as "local", though,
resulting in more or less severe differences depending on the user's
timezone.
Thus these times should be calculated into "local" times before being send
via OBEX.

Besides that is a violation against RFC2445 I temporally changed our
behaviour( still vCard compilant)

Page 36 is interesting.
If the DateTime is POST fixed with a Z it's UTC. So other devices are
ignoring the Z...
I store the dates as 'floating' which means timezone less events...
