Summary: AQPkg won't upgrade packages installed to sd
Description:
When you try to upgrade even a single package that is installed on a not
root dest, it will not work. It's failing becouse aqpkg is running ipkg
with the '-dest root' even when the package is not installed on root.

I can't replicate this bug. The closest I can get is when I install a
package to root, uninstall, reinstall it to non-root, then upgrade and the
dest at that point is root.

This is an ipkg bug because after the remove,when you next install it it
goes to the same location it was originally installed to even though you've
said to override it. So when you upgrade the package then it upgrades the
one in root.
