Summary: networksetup doesnt even run at the moment
Description:
It fails to run as the interfaces library is being put into
/opt/QtPalmtop/plugins/networksetup/, yet networksetup is dynamically
linked against it. That lib belongs in /opt/QtPalmtop/lib/.

I suspect you're using a version from prior to Ben's moving interfaces into
a library. The networksetup binary is dynamically linked against it, and
/opt/QtPalmtop/plugins/networksetup is neither in LD_LIBRARY_PATH or
ld.so.cache on either OZ or Familiar, afaik.

Moved the libinterfaces into $QTDIR/lib.
