Summary: aqpkg and internet connectivity
Description:
aqpkg should check and alert you about the abscence of an internet
connection when doing stuff like refreshing the pakcages list. It just
flashes the updating dialog for a second and you have no idea what happened
(oops, I forgot to get a dhcp ip)

When refreshing packages - now displays the status dialog so you can see
output of ipkg
