Summary: ToDo Column Resize
Description:
The righthand side "Description" column fails to resize in the ToDo App.
when clicking on the column divider. All other dividers appear to function
correctly. Familiar 2.4.18-rmk3 (0.6-pre1); OPIE 0.9.1, cmpld:10/08/02.

fixed in HEAD. Now all columns can be equally sized
