Summary: new tabs
Description:
Settings applied to all tabs should be automatically applied to new tabs
when they are added later on.

TabManager is evil and will be removed, once we get the applnk handling
ready for multi-user (I'm working on it, but it's not trivial). The
functionality will then be in launcher-settings.
