Summary: cardmon shows invalid status
Description:
On the Zaurus:

- When you have an SD in the Z, you insert a CF and cardmon reports that
the SD is ejected
- When you eject the CF, it reports that the SD is inserted
- When you suspend, and resume it reports that the cf and sd were both
ejected and then inserted (when they are only being suspended and resumed)
