[OPIE 0000303]: link to root for task-* packages

Summary: link to root for task-* packages
Description:
Currently when I have link to root enabled and i install a task-* package
to another location, like nvram, it does not link the individual packages
back to root. It works fine when i install packages individually. It'd be
nice if the task-* packages would link all of the packages back to root.

isnt that a ipkg problem?

The way i understand it, ipkg doesn't link back to root, oipkg does. I
can't find any link-to-root options for ipkg. There is, however, a
link-to-root option for oipkg.
