[OPIE 0000256]: Can´t get files from 'http://opie.info/feeds/ipaq/unstable'

Summary: Can´t get files from
'http://opie.info/feeds/ipaq/unstable'
Description:
I use "ipkg update" command with a correct configured ipkg.conf. My update
with
"http://familiar.handhelds.org/familiar/releases/v0.5.3/packages/armv4l"
works perfect and can also connect without any error to the opie URL but I
can not get any file. I seems to be a problem with "wget" wich the "ipkg
update" command is using. I get no error messag with this command and get
also the information "Updated list of available packages in
/usr/lib/ipkg/lists/opie" but there are no entries and also no entries in
the "ipkg list".
Is there an option to get all these files offline, because I need to set up
several IPAQ with linux/opie for a test bed.

who said that url, the page clearly states different.
