Summary: Switch to app by relaunching
Description:
In earlier versions of Opie, I believe, clicking the icon for an app that
was already open simply switched to that app. In the latest version, it
does not appear to be the case anymore. It simply ignores the click.
That's unfortunate, as it provided a nice way back into an app without
touching the screen or for when the taskbar is malfunctioning. If
possible, it would be good to bring back that feature.
