Summary: opie-irc crash and cosmetics
Description:
opie-irc seems to have trouble keeping the scrollbar at the bottom,
especially when lots of text is being scrolled. it goes all the way to the
top of the text buffer and then comes back all the way back to the bottom,
creating a annoying flicker.

opie-irc also randomly crashes/quits/kicks you out of a channel. this might
be related to the scrolling issue.

also, it uses boldface font for the servername and the channel names, which
doesn't work with many fonts.

when you switch to view a channel, the text buffer isn't at the very
bottom, its stuck at the last place it was before you switched to another
channel.
