Summary: Battery warning is not tuneable
Description:
Problems with not beeing able to set when the battery level critical
messages appears.
This is relevant since some users has vital data in ram, and therefor need
a 20% Warning, while others only needs a 2% Warning for saving their
current app, and shutdown the pda.
