Summary: Desktop visible on resume before password dialog
appears
Description:
The lcd display is turned on before the password dialog displays itself.
This causes the desktop 'flash by'. I think it's better to turn the lcd on
after the password dialog has been drawn.

The LCD has to be turned on before, but the screen is painted black on
suspend now. - Fixed in CVS.
